JHUD performs on the OPRAH Show

Jennifer Hudson performed on the Oprah Show with Sugarland for Oprah's Christmas Special. For JHUD's look I went for a "grown up" look to compliment her fab wardrobe for the performance.

Always love working at Harpo because they show you the best hospitality. The show was about pairing people together to sing that you wouldn't expect. I'm my opinion, Sugarland was the perfect match. It was a really great show and JHUD sounded amazing as usual!

HOLIDAY ULTRA GLAM LOOKS

So the holiday season is fastly approaching and we all want to to look GLAM for all of the festivities. Here's two looks that will keep you ultra glam for the parties.

A maxed out smokey eye with a hint of shimmer in the inner corner of the eye with give you just enough sparkle as you flutter your eyes. Pair the smokey eye with a soft nude or pink lip, or for the daring try rocking a hot red lip with the smokey eye. Another fab look is a deep purple or red lip with a soft eye with a pair of nice lashes to quietly bring out the eyes.

My advice for achieving the perfect red lip will be to start off with a lip primer to prevent blending and to help your lip color to last all night. Next, use a red lip pencil to fill in and blend for precision.

Finally, apply the red lip...loving the matte lipsticks this season...blot and your ready! *Be sure to check your teeth for traces of your lipstick!

December 1st!!!

December 1st what a great day...because it's my BIRTHDAY! I woke up in sunny Los Angeles ready to work and celebrate all at the same time. I'm in LA all week to work with music genius MAXWELL! Since it's my Birthday I had to share what I just laid my eyes upon it's the most amazing "party in a bottle" nail lacquer called "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" by the Lippmann Collection.

This nail lacquer is so cute and befitting for the occasion that I must have it! The sad news is that it is not even out and it's back ordered however, I personally know Deborah the creator so I might give her a buzz to see if there's a bottle around with my name on it!
