Tia In The "Spotlight"

One of many highlights this year was being featured on the pages of Essence Magazine's July issue for "Diva on a Dime". I shared the studio & feature with the lovely Iman who was so sweet and the talented Janelle Monae. I'm normally apart of the "glam squad" for such editorials so it took me a little while to get adjusted to being on the other side. I had a hairstylist, makeup artist, stylist and nail tech getting me ready for my time in the "spotlight". Once I warmed up to the camera, people crowding around watching and the fan blowing, I got a chance to enjoy myself and more importantly enjoy the moment. If you missed my feature, here it is:-)
